Digital Products
All digital products (courses, templates, guides, etc.) are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link or access instructions within minutes. No physical shipment is involved.
If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at 10kwebdesignsystem@gmail.com.
Physical Products
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Portugal). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Import Duties All printed products will be printed and shipped using a local provider that collaborates with the printing company. Therefore, there should be no extra customs or import duties. If so, please contact us.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
